Our ONLINE ORDER FORM will allow multiple students, just select quantity desired.
In the event of cancellation or no-shows, course fees are refundable less a handling fee.  Thirty days or more prior to
course handling fee $75.00. Seventy two hours to thirty days prior to course handling fee $100.00. Within 72 hours of
course handling fee $150.00. No-shows will be charged a $200.00 course handling fee.
