Our Policies

At Aviation Continuing Education Inc. we strive to meet the needs of our clients. We will
address the dates you've selected to ascertain if conflicts exist with previously scheduled
events.
Travel Fee based on $1.00 per mile minimum $250.00 driving.
Airfare, hotel, rental car will be within 15 percent of costs.
Additional fees for transport of training aids if requested.
ACE can provide on site service with a minimum of 3 paying students per location.
The hosting organization receives one class seat at no charge in classes of 5 students or
more from different agencies. Call for quote for fewer students.
It just makes sense to employ Aviation Continuing Education when you need to comply with
14 CFR 139.321. Your employees stay home, you can consult with us regarding your
in-house training program and it COSTS YOU LESS for better service.
You may choose to OPT-OUT of our email system at TO OPT-OUT CLICK HERE. We are
sorry that you are opting out. This process will remove you from our email records. Please
allow 72 hours for your request to be fulfilled.
For classes held outside the Orlando area, tuition remains the same, plus Instructor travel
and per diem. We will work with multiple agencies at the same location to afford you the
most economical professional training from safety professionals.
Unpaid debts after 30 days will incur a finance charge of 25% of the balance per month.
